The month of March is a time for celebration, empowerment, and recognition of women around the world. As a Women Owned Business, Waldner’s is thrilled to honor this occasion by shining a spotlight on the remarkable women leaders within our industry.

Throughout March, our ‘Women’s History Month Spotlight Series’ will feature various women making transformative strides in our field. Each spotlight will offer a glimpse into the inspiring journeys of these remarkable individuals.

Our next spotlight is on Angelita Provvisiero, President of Nola Construction Inc.

1. What is the proudest moment in your career journey thus far?

“My proudest moment in my career journey thus far has been the ability to say that I have successfully been in business for almost a decade. Despite facing numerous obstacles along the way, I have never given up and have continued to persevere. This resilience and dedication have been key factors in my success, and I take great pride in the journey that has led me to where I am today.”

2. Share a challenge you have faced in your career and how you overcame it.

One of the biggest challenges in my career was transitioning my company into the public construction sector. As a woman in the industry, I had to work harder to prove that my company was capable and could handle larger projects. Overcoming this challenge required perseverance, networking, and consistently delivering high-quality work to earn the trust of larger firms and agencies.

3. What advice would you give to the next generation of women in the workplace?

“My advice to the next generation of women in the workplace is to always believe in yourself and never give up. In a male-dominated world, remember that you are capable of anything you set your mind to. Let rejection fuel your determination and show the world your worth. Keep pushing forward and always keep sight of your goals. You’ve got this! #GirlPower”
