At Waldner’s, we’re passionate about workspaces that inspire productivity, foster collaboration, and support innovation. Our recent project completed in collaboration with TPG Architects, RXR, and TRS, for Bond, Schoeneck & King, located at 68 South Service Road, 4th Floor in Melville, NY, is a testament to what can be achieved through thoughtful planning and seamless execution.
Spanning 11,000 square feet, this project involved a comprehensive scope of services. We specified and installed new furniture tailored to the firm’s evolving needs, while also removing, reusing, and refurbishing existing pieces to promote sustainability and cost-efficiency. In addition, our team managed the relocation of furniture across multiple locations, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Furthermore, to enhance the functionality of the space, we integrated phone booths and pods, offering employees greater privacy and flexibility within an open office layout.

A Collaborative Effort
The Bond, Schoeneck & King project was a true team effort, involving close coordination between multiple stakeholders. From the early planning stages to the final installation, strong communication and collaboration were essential.
A&D Firm: TPG Architects
General Contractor: RXR
Project Management: Waldner’s (furniture and moves), RXR (construction)

Additionally, the workspace was outfitted with high-quality furnishings from multiple manufacturers including Steelcase, National, SitOnIt Seating, and OFS. The design focused on creating a modern, efficient environment that supports both focused work and collaboration. Also, the inclusion of phone booths and pods reflects the growing need for flexible, private spaces in today’s hybrid work culture.
