This month’s Employee Spotlight is on Account Manager, Jessica Tran! We asked her a series of fun questions in a Q&A format, read below!
“How did you get started in this industry & what has your journey been like so far?“
I’ve always had an interest in interior design, and anything related to it, starting at a very young age. I began my career at a small dealership in Albany, NY, working mainly on State Contract projects. From there, I decided to branch out and see what else was out there, that’s when I made the move to NYC.
Since then, it’s been a welcome challenge, constantly changing, adapting, learning, and growing. I truly love my career and being part of so many great builds.
“What is a notable project you’ve worked on?“
Definitely the headquarters for this high‑profile client! The bespoke pieces and thoughtful design throughout the building, not just the furniture, but every detail, really make me proud to say I was a part of it.
“What are 3 words you would use to describe yourself?”
I would describe myself as strategic, resilient, and creative.

“What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?”
Exploring! Anywhere, anything, I love it all! I love to experience new places & cultures with all my senses. I also really enjoy baking cakes, especially cheesecakes. It allows me to be creative with flavors.
“What is something you can’t live without?”
Moments of quiet. I enjoy the solitude to decompress and to just take the time to NOT think (if I can).
“What do most people not now about you?”
I am a farm girl! My father managed an apple farm when I was young. So, I was raised hanging out in apple orchards.
“What gets you up in the morning?”
My cats! Cray and Twinkie…Yes that is their real names-thanks to my daughter
