Our team has no shortage of favorite pieces, and this week’s pick is another standout. As part of our summer series, we are spotlighting the furniture we wouldn’t want to live without.

This week we are spotlighting Jessica Tran, an Account Manager on our Strategic Accounts team.
With over 20 years of experience, Jessica brings a deep-rooted passion and a legacy of craftsmanship to every project she touches. Her love for design began in childhood, inspired by her Italian grandfather—a master upholsterer who restored museum-quality furniture and vintage Ford Model T’s. This early exposure instilled in her a profound appreciation for detail, quality, and timeless design. Today, Jessica thrives as an Account Manager, where she leads with creativity, insight, and a collaborative spirit. She finds fulfillment in the ever-evolving nature of her work—each project offering a new opportunity to innovate, solve problems, and contribute meaningfully to the client’s vision.
One product experience that continues to inspire Jessica’s creative approach is described in her own words, reflecting on the Melt Collection by Tom Dixon:
The Melt Family of lighting by Tom Dixon is a captivating collection of lighting fixtures that beautifully blurs the line between art and function. Inspired by molten glass, melting glaciers, and the mysteries of deep space, Melt lights are celebrated for their imperfect, organic forms, and mesmerizing luminosity. Each piece is crafted through a unique process of blow molding and vacuum metallization, resulting in a hot-blown glass effect that gives the orbs their signature look, appearing as if they’re caught mid-transformation. When unlit, they resemble highly reflective, metallic spheres, but once illuminated, they reveal a translucent, glowing core that shifts with movement and light, creating a dynamic visual experience.
A standout in the collection, the Melt Chandelier features a dynamic configuration of these orbs, radiating from a central hub to form a sculptural constellation of infinite reflections. It’s more than just a lighting fixture; it’s a bold and artistic statement.
The Melt series is available in a variety of forms including Pendants, Chandeliers, Surface, Floor, and Table lights, making it versatile enough to complement a wide range of interiors.
