The month of March is a time for celebration, empowerment, and recognition of women around the world. As a Women Owned Business, Waldner’s is thrilled to honor this occasion by shining a spotlight on the remarkable women leaders within our industry.

Throughout March, our ‘Women’s History Month Spotlight Series’ will feature various women making transformative strides in our field. Each spotlight will offer a glimpse into the inspiring journeys of these remarkable individuals.

Our next spotlight is on Natalie Roach, Partner at Andersonbain LLP.

1. What is the proudest moment in your career journey thus far?

My proudest moment has to be that I’ve just been offered a Partnership at the Law firm I have worked at for 13 years.

2. Share a challenge you have faced in your career and how you overcame it.

One of the biggest challenges I have faced was coming back to work after maternity leave in a male dominated environment and trying to figure out the “work life balance”. Learning to be fully present and in the moment when at work and then switching off from work and being fully present when at home helped me be more productive at work and have less ‘mum guilt’. Also take advantage of flexible working and make it work for you and your family. Finally, don’t put too much pressure on yourself, you are crushing it more than you think!

3. What advice would you give to the next generation of women in the workplace?

“Believe in yourself! You CAN have it All! Women are queens of multitasking so use your superpowers and don’t be afraid to go after what you want!”
