This month’s Employee Spotlight is on Director of Strategic Accounts for Finance Operations, Bibi Sattaur! We asked her a series of fun questions in a Q&A format, read below!
“How did you get started in this industry & what has your journey been like so far?“
After spending more than 15 years in healthcare management, my perspective on my career path shifted significantly due to the impact of Covid. During the pandemic, I realized that the healthcare sector no longer aligned with my aspirations.
When the opportunity to join Waldner’s came up, I felt a mix of nerves and excitement. However, after meeting the team, I instantly recognized that it was the right place for me to advance my career. Now, four years later, I find myself continually challenged and growing in ways I never anticipated.
“What’s the most rewarding part of working in furniture?“
One of the most rewarding parts of working in the furniture industry is participating in the creation of functional spaces that promote productivity and enhance employee well‑being.
It’s fulfilling to know that my contributions help cultivate a positive work environment where individuals can truly thrive.
“What are 3 words you would use to describe yourself?”
I would describe myself as fun, compassionate, and organized.
